We'll chat over all of the fun stuff, prepare an estimate, and then direct you to our electronic invoicing system. Once you've made a 50% deposit, we will begin designing.
Options are awesome, which is why we'll prepare and share two to three rough sketches to start. We'll ask you to take a peek at our ideas and let us know which concept makes your heart sing. Your favorite design will be fleshed-out with detailed digital mock ups and physical samples when available. When the design is completed, we will forward a digital proof for your approval. Up to two rounds of edits are included with your order; any further changes are $50 per round. Once you have approved your digital proof, the remaining balance of your order is due in full to begin production.
Production times vary based on the quantity of your order, the nature of your materials, and the complexity of your design. A general time line & shipping estimate will be provided prior to your purchase. For your protection, complementary package insurance is included with your order. (In two years of near-daily shipping, we've never had a parcel damaged or lost in transit. We think our super-supportive cushioning & very distinctive packaging make postal carrier hearts swoon!)
